PROBLEM
Coca-Cola North America has a long-standing reputation of creative excellence and innovative marketing. But in 2012, their social channels weren't meeting their standards. They needed a new social agency to raise the bar and ultimately drive the business.

SOLUTION
After honing in on an own-able purpose the brand could serve in the social space, we created a strategy and brand persona that would keep Coca-Cola feeling human, relevant and ensuring creative excellence across channels.

RESULTS
After only the first quarter of implementing our strategy, Coke’s communities grew by 386,000 fans and followers, and Facebook virality increased by over 160%. By the third quarter, we were the most engaged brand on Facebook.*
