The US Navy had 15 different Facebook sub-communities that all needed unique content specifically catered to their needs on an ongoing basis.

We identified the various characteristics, roles and consistent tone of voice for each community based on each group’s culture, interests and skill sets. Once we understood the nuanced needs of each community (from Chaplains to SEALs, Navy Moms and everyone in between), we were able to foster more meaningful relationships across Navy functions, and even bring new recruits in.
